Bringing the mission to life

OSU's Land-Grant Week connected our campus community with the mission that defines us. Students explored how their education serves a greater purpose. MS BAnDS students win new Dominican Republic-based retail competition Oct 24

A team of four Spears School of Business MS BAnDS students won in the marketing category at the Alpha Ramos Hackathon, a new competition based in the Dominican Republic. The students overcame technology and language barriers to secure the victory, continuing the MS BAnDS program’s tradition of competitive success.

A conversation with OSU Student Body President Riley 'Wes' Hurlbut Oct 24

Riley "Wes" Hurlbut, a 2025 College of Arts and Sciences graduate and current master’s student , was elected Oklahoma State University’s Student Body President in the spring. Hurlbut, who has served in student government for more than three years, said his priority as president is strengthening the impact and accessibility of the Student Government Association. CAS asked him a few questions to introduce him to the wider OSU community.
